Who we are

Belmont Labs, Inc. ("Belmont Labs," "we") is a Texas corporation that designs and operates software products, including the TowFi apps, RunGo Maps, ToolBox Financial, Primary Care Live, and EMRfi. This website describes those products and lets you contact us.

Using this site

You may browse this site and send us messages through the contact form. Don't use the site to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, attempt to access systems you're not authorized to use, or scrape it at volume.

Products have their own terms

Downloading or using a Belmont Labs product means agreeing to that product's terms and privacy policy, shown in the app and on its website. Where those conflict with this page, the product's terms control for that product. Financing offered through our products is provided by Affirm, Inc. and its lending partners under Affirm's terms; payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Belmont Labs is not a bank or lender.

Content and trademarks

The text, design, logos, and product names on this site belong to Belmont Labs, Inc. or their respective owners. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Affirm and Stripe are trademarks of their respective owners. Don't reproduce our marks without written permission.

No warranty; limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Belmont Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, and our total liability relating to it is limited to $100.

Governing law

Texas law governs these terms; disputes are heard in the state or federal courts in Bexar County, Texas.

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Questions go through the contact form.
